Cancellation Policy
If client cancels appointment with less than 48 hours' notice (or in the case of a no-show), you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service price. Policy fee must be paid in order to rebook service. Your appointment will be considered a no-show after being 30 minutes late. Booking fee may go towards the cancellation fee or transferred if rescheduling.
Booking fee is non-refundable if wishing to cancel for any reason.
The 50% policy fee must be paid in order to reschedule. Rescheduled service is at full price.
