Cancellation Policy
48 Hour Policy:
➡️Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice (or in the case of a no-show), will be charged 50% of your scheduled service price.
➡️Policy fee must be paid in order to rebook service. Your appointment will be considered a no-show after being 30 minutes late.
➡️Booking fee deposit may go towards the cancellation fee or transferred up to 2x if rescheduling (with enough notice given)
➡️Booking fee is non-refundable if wishing to cancel for any reason.
➡️This policy fee charge must be paid in order to reschedule. Rescheduled service is at full price.
